User Assignment

The following instructions show how to assign a user to a site.

The user assignment has three functions

  1. Assign clients to the Client Portal
  2. Assign field staff to sites for rostering as well as attendance tracking.
  1. Click on Users
  2. Click on User Assignment
  3. Choose the Role
    Operations Field Staff such as cleaners, service provider staff, security staff
    Client / ClientAdmin Client of SKG services
    Security Security Corporate Admin
    Administrator Cleaning Corporate Admin/Controller/CSM

    Choose user and assign to Client and Site

    There is an option to choose individual sites or select all sites for that Client.

  4. Click on “Save”

You cannot create duplicate assignments so if you get an error this means that you will need to edit an existing assignment.
