User Management
SKGenius allows you to manage different users.
There are 11 roles that determine the access levels to different functionalities in SKGenius.
Role | Description |
Operations | Access given to cleaners and security staff to check their rosters and check in/out |
HR | Manage employee onboarding, induction process and change of status |
Finance | Manage employee onboarding, induction process and change of status |
Administrator | Administrator functions to access all SKGenius features for SKG executives and controllers |
Client | Access given to the client portal |
ClientAdmin | Access given to the client portal and delegation to approve work orders for the sites assigned to them |
Security | Access to all security functions in SKGenius |
CRM | Access to the CRM Component of SKGenius |
FinanceAdmin | Administrative access to all SKGenius features including Finance |
Creating a User
- Click the Create Button
- Fill in the Forum
- Click on the Save Button for user to be created
- Click the Create Button
2. Fill in the Form
All fields in red are mandatory with the username required to be in the form of an email.
MYOB Card ID is provided by Finance and can be added if available.
3. Click on the Save Button for user to be created
Editing a User
- Click on the Blue pencil and notepad icon
- Fill in the form
- Click the save button to confirm changes

Deleting a User
- Click on the Red bin icon
- A prompt will show up to confirm your decision
- Click on the Delete Button
