Terminating an Employee or Contractor (Service Provider Staff)

Prerequisites for Employees only

* Please double check that the Employee is assigned to the Employee Role

  1. Go to HR->Employee/Staff
  2. Click on “Edit”
  3. Set the Employee

Deactivating an employee keeps the user’s info in your account, but prevents the user from logging in to SKGenius

The process of terminating a employee requires the termination form to be filled in which will automatically deactivate the employees access to SKGenius

Please following the instructions below depending on the staff type -

a) Terminating an Employee
b) Terminating a Service Provider Staff

Terminating an Employee

  1. Go to HR->Employee/Staff
  2. Search by surname e.g. Clough
  3. Click on “View” (eye)
  4. Click on “Terminate"
  5. Enter the reasons for termination and sign the record
  6. Click on Submit

Terminating a Service Provider Staff

  1. Go to HR->Employee/Staff
  2. Search by surname e.g. Clough
  3. Click on “Edit” (pen)
  4. Change Status to Inactive
  5. Click on 'Save'
