I am having trouble logging into the SKGenius

Please ensure your password is correct, if you forgot your password. Please use the forgot your password feature. Please find more details here – https://www.skg.net.au/skg-knowledge-base/forgot-your-password/

  1. Close and open your web browser or “Clear your cache”
  2. Go to the SKG website – https://www.skg.net.au/ 
  3. Click on SKGenius on the top right-hand side

  4. Login as new

By following this method it will refresh your Genius login.

If it still does not work reset the Field Staff’s password here –

There is an issue with Apple devices with an iPhone or iPAD where the keychain stores old details and you cannot login or it takes you to a blank screen so the only way to fix is to change the password

Click on “Update Password” to ensure the correct passwords are remembered
