Roster Reassignment

  1. SP Managers and Deputy Managers can check the rosters in the SP portal.
    After login to SKGenius, click Roster to view all the rosters.

    If a roster needs to be reassigned to another employee, click “Reassign” under “Action”.
  2. The roster can be reassigned to another staff who have access to the same site.

  3. If the staff already has roster to this site, then the roster cannot be assigned.

  4. If the staff doesn’t have roster for this site, and also has no conflicts rosters in other sites, then the roster can be assigned to this staff.
  5. To add new SP Staff and create Assignment, go to SP Staff Details Page.

    1. Add New Staff
      1. Click “Add Service Provider Staff” to create new staff.
      2. Enter Staff details as required and save, the the staff will be created
    2. Create Assignment
      1. Click “Assignment”, which will open the user assignment page.
      2. Click “Assign” to add assignment details
      3. Once the assignment details is added, the staff can be assigned to the roster of the site.
