Corporate Onboarding Guide

The corporate staff onboarding process is specifically for onboarding corporate staff and assigning them access to Genius.

After the invitation is sent out from the HR, the corporate staff will receive an email as below for them to complete onboarding by filling personal details and upload required files (all listed in the email).

Nominate your own Superannuation fund by selecting the first option “The APRA fund or retirement savings account (RSA). Once selected choose your Super fund and member no.

If you don’t have a Superannuation fund, then choose “The super fund nominated by my employer”.

After the form is completed, the HR/Admin will review the details and validate the documents before creating a schedule for the employee.

Once the documents are checked and schedule is created, employee will receive an email for them to accept the offer.
In this step, they’ll need to read through the documents and sign for each to confirm the agreement.
