Roles
SKGenius allows you to manage different users.
There are 11 roles that determine the access levels to different functionalities in SKGenius.

ControllerHR |
Controllers have access to all SKGenius features with full HR features but limited CRM access |

BizDev |
Access for the Biz Development Team to access CRM and operationals functions |

BizDev Admin |
Access for the Biz Development Team to access CRM and operationals functions including potential clients |

C1 |
Access to Rostering based on site assignment |
|
Client |
Access given to the client portal |
|
Client Admin |
Access given to the client portal and delegation to approve work orders for the sites assigned to them |

Finance |
Manage employee on-boarding, induction process and change of status. Access to timesheet/rostering |
|
FinancePayroll |
Administrative access to all SKGenius features including Finance. Access to full Operations suite. |
|
HR |
Manage employee onboarding, induction process and change of status. Access to the HR Onboarding Report |
|
Operations |
Access given to cleaners and security officers to check their rosters and check in/out. Officers can also request leave. |
|
QA User |
Access to QA records based on site assignment |
