Statevski leads HR, people and culture across SKG Services Group, a national provider of commercial cleaning, maintenance and security services with more than 3,500 employees working across 2,000 sites throughout Australia. Since joining the organisation in 2017, she has played a key role in shaping the Group’s people and culture strategy, aligning workforce initiatives with business objectives and establishing frameworks that support a geographically dispersed workforce.
