The Role
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing development of SKGenius, our proprietary CRM platform. This position will drive system optimisation, deliver data-driven insights, and support end-users through training and change management.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements, data trends, and system performance to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools.
- Support system testing (functional, regression, and UAT) and contribute to SKGenius development priorities.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with ISO standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and system improvements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
- Design and deliver user training programs, manuals, and onboarding sessions as per the client and project needs.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of SKGenius enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
- Proven experience as a Business/Systems Analyst within IT or service-based industries.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, data analysis, process optimisation, and system integration.
- Proficiency with Power BI (or Tableau), SQL, and familiarity with Python or R.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies and tools (e.g., Trello, Jira).
- Experience in user training, change management, and software testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
