Role Responsibilities:

  • Hands on cleaning including heavy lifting and use of industrial equipment
  • Supervisory skills, including managing staff and ensuring work standards are met
  • Strong Communication and consultation skills
  • Proficiency in inspection and audit procedures
  • Intermediate computer skills including the use of company systems and reporting packages
  • Knowledge of Quality, Environment and WHS systems including safe work practices and environmental management
  • Experience with hazard identification and risk assessment processes
  • Knowledge on rostering, scheduling, and the industry Award requirements
